1. Service Usage Policies

By using North Hill Cleaners' services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  • All items must be properly labeled with customer information
  • Customers must declare any special care requirements or stains
  • We reserve the right to refuse service for items that may be damaged by cleaning
  • Items left unclaimed for 30 days will be considered abandoned
  • We are not responsible for items left in pockets or attached to garments

2. Payment Terms

Our payment policies include:

  • Payment is due upon pickup of cleaned items
  • We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards
  • Prices are subject to change without notice
  • Express service requires full payment at drop-off
  • Specialty items may require a deposit

3. Liability Limitations

Our liability policies are as follows:

  • Maximum liability for lost or damaged items is limited to 10 times the cleaning charge
  • We are not liable for pre-existing damage or wear
  • Claims must be made within 24 hours of pickup
  • Items of extraordinary value must be declared at drop-off
  • We are not responsible for color loss or shrinkage unless caused by our negligence

4. User Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate contact information
  • Picking up items within the specified timeframe
  • Declaring any special care requirements
  • Maintaining their claim ticket
  • Notifying us of any allergies or sensitivities

5. Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of a dispute:

  • Submit a written complaint within 24 hours of pickup
  • Include photos and detailed description of the issue
  • Allow 5 business days for investigation
  • We may offer compensation or re-cleaning at our discretion
  • Unresolved disputes may be referred to small claims court

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
